Since the pandemic began, some people have opted for a healthy lifestyle, either in terms of food, exercise or relaxation; on the other hand, many have neglected their health, due to their worries, poor diet, among other things that have undermined their health.
That is why we present a list of recommendations to improve your physical and mental health.
1. Drink water. Drinking water helps us reduce stress, lose weight, renew our body and keep us mentally focused. It is good to consult how much water we can drink according to the function of our organism.
2. Walking. The ideal is to walk to as many places as possible. It is good to take the time to do this on a regular basis.
3. Eat fruits. Eating fresh fruit is good, so you should add it as a snack throughout the day.
4. Stretch. When we wake up and stretch the body, what we do is activate it, promoting oxygenation. Remember to do it when you wake up and when you go to sleep.
5. Sweat. Sweating helps us to clean the pores of the skin, eliminate toxins and fill us with energy. Do it the way you think you can do it, whether it is dancing, jumping, running, etc.
6. Develop a purpose in life. It can be through your job, volunteering, learning new skills, entrepreneurship, etc.
It is never too late to improve your way of life to a healthy, conscious, fulfilling and balanced life physically and mentally. A change in your thinking brings a change in your actions and with it a change in your health.
